We're seeking specialized aircraft electronics technicians with extensive experience in electronic systems installations and maintenance, particularly for Cirrus, Beechcraft, and Citation aircraft. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in complex aircraft electronic systems and a proven track record of successful installations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute complete aircraft electronics installations, upgrades, and modifications
- Perform comprehensive electronic system troubleshooting and repair, including integrated system diagnostics
- Install and configure autopilot systems, navigation equipment, and communication systems
- Conduct detailed pre- and post-installation testing using specialized electronic test equipment
- Manage software/database updates and system configurations
- Perform required inspections and testing according to FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain detailed documentation of all electronic system work, modifications, and testing procedures
- Interface with engineering teams for complex electronic integrations and modifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated aircraft electronics experience
- Demonstrated expertise in aircraft electronic system installations and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of aircraft electrical systems and electronic architecture
- Experience with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized electronic test equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid FAA A&P license
