Dry rental — renter provides all fuel (100LL only). Aircraft must be returned with full tanks or a $15 + fuel-cost fee applies. Multi-day rentals carry a 3-hour minimum per 24-hour period plus a $1,000 + $200/day security deposit. Block time is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations under 24 hours charged 50% of reserved time; no-shows charged 2 hours. Fees waived for weather (MVFR/IFR at departure) or aircraft maintenance.

Complete a Checkout Flight
A checkout with a FLY 99T LLC approved CFI is required before solo rental. Includes normal, short-field, and soft-field T&Ls, emergency procedures, and systems review. Email fly99t@islander.aero to get started.

Pick Up the Keys
Aircraft key and access code provided at KPMP Spot 8 after checkout. Record your starting Hobbs time in the aircraft binder before departure.
Fly & Return Full
Return N3799T to Spot 8 with full 100LL tanks. Log your ending Hobbs time and report any squawks to 954-899-0555 before leaving.
Pilot Requirements
Valid Private Pilot Certificate or higher, with current FAA Medical (Class 3 min.) and current Biennial Flight Review.
100 total flight hours minimum. Plus either 25 hrs in single-engine retractable & 5 hrs in PA-28R Arrow — or 10 hrs dual in the Arrow with an approved CFI.
Successful checkout with a FLY 99T LLC approved instructor, current within 90 days. 30+ days since last flight in N3799T requires a refresher.
Personal non-owned aircraft liability insurance — minimum $50,000 per occurrence. Proof required before first flight.
IFR operations require a current instrument rating and demonstrated IFR proficiency in N3799T with an approved instructor.
Approved areas: FL, GA, SC, NC, AL. Bahamas permitted with prior written approval, passport, and customs documentation.
